Thank you all for the lovely messages, really quite touched.
Note to self. Don't push your bus, even up the slightest of hills or look what happens? 4pm and I can go home for the night now full of so many pills I rattle. Back in the morning for an angiogram to see what's what.
I regret the driveshaft will have to stay put for now.

By the way, I really don't mind how long it took, I love our NHS. In that time I had 3 ECGs, 4 separate sets of blood tests, got seen by 2 junior doctors, 2 consultants and at least a million nurses, got given 643 tonnes (almost) of free drugs (it's good being over 60 for some things) and an angiogram appointment tomorrow. That lot free of charge and operated by amazing people.
