It must be the weight of all your nom de plumes that caused it! How you safe and tucked up at home by now.
I always say I’m female . Mainly because I am, but also because it’s scary being stuck somewhere if you are a lone woman and can’t escape in your car. Tho we once got a subcontractor breakdown truck driver who invited us to go on his boat and showed us the replica sub machine gun he’d got stashed behind his seat . Needless to say we said we lived a few doors down from our actual house!!
Well today turned out weird. Think I overdid it pushing the bus up the incline to the roundabout. Chest pains, throwing up and all that nonsense. Bless the RAC man, he was brilliant. I felt ok'ish after a bit so he got me home by 8pm. Went downhill again, one ambulance ride later and I'm now waiting in A&E. Bugger.
Oh no. Fingers and toes crossed that you're better soon, and hope you don't have too long a wait in A&E!
It's mid week, daft o'clock in the morning and you still waiting well hopefully that means you've been pre assessed as likely to be ok with the wait. Good luck mate.
Hope it works out Mark, and that you get seen soon… that’s a ridiculous wait for flippin’ chest pain. Take it easy x
I hope you are OK and that theres nothing seriously wrong with yourself. Sort that, then the bus.. One thought on the CV joints is there are two arrangements for fitting the balls in the races. One allows articulation, the other locks it straight apart from any play between the balls and the cage that guides them. A short drive and some bumps or a lowered bus, and it can break, regardless of the quality of the parts. If the cage is broken apart that's probably it. When I got it wrong in the past, the CV joints wouldn't easily lie flat on the gearbox or drive shaft with the wheels hanging down. When its correct if you flex the joint too far the balls can easily pop out..
