I've got an Anker Soundcore Boost. It's just lasted us from Thurs to Sunday driving to and from (and around) Devon. It's loud enough on the dash and quiet enough on a campsite. Can also plug in your phone for it to act as a backup powerbank (though I've not needed to do that yet) Refurbed one is 40 quid! new is about 50. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anker-BLUE...cs&sprefix=anker sound,electronics,211&sr=1-4
Anker soundcore here too, looks like the one @Norris linked above. Battery life is very impressive. Waterproof in that it doesn’t mind a bit of rain, not sure about sitting in muddy puddles by a river..... just keep it off the ground? It’s good, and not expensive.
Well… If I’m to go with the populus, I would have to say there’s more Ankers on here, than anything else.
Their customer service is great too. I had a powerbank charging port fail and they replaced it no bother!
Ok. After many YouTube vids, I’ve decided to go for the Tribit Maxsound Plus. It’s just a speaker! No mini card slots, and it’s not got a power bank. It’s just a dedicated speaker snd nothing else. it’s bloody loud with a bit of weight to it. 24W with an ‘X’tra bass button, which is really noticeable! Thanks all.
