Since I was finding that good old Gunk was making the family kitchen smell rather too much , and while I was ordering some Dynax S50 (good stuff ), I decided to try out Bilt Hamber's Surfex HD. Have just cleaned a clogged-up rear sprocket cassette from a mountain bike with it. It works very nicely, no nasty smell and you can dilute it with water to make it go further for less-greasy jobs. Being water-based meant it also removed mud nicely as well as grease. On washing off the remaining Surfex the metal was left clean as a whistle, without the slightly greasy feeling that Gunk leaves behind. Top marks from me, this is by far the best way to clean greasy things!
