it's begging to be used to advertise something on the tilt....I know it may not sit right with your politics, but some nice period lettering would look great (IMO)

 

Heard so much about this pick up it was about time we got to see some pics

 

I know what you mean. I haven't put the tilt frame back on since I had the tonneau fitted. Going to wait until after the welding has been done. It's in the same mid-red colour as the tonneau so it may need look good with some lettering on it

 

There have been a few in other threads - but I thought I'd bring it all together now

 

How much would you love one? £6k for a nice solid South African?

Now I want a pickup!
Seeing that rusty one in this months Ultra VW got me thinking as he has a Subaru engine and it's now a daily driver.

 

Here's a few that show the reason some remedial work is going to be done. I took these when I first saw it so I was expecting the ownership journey to have some bumps along the way. Got a date now of the 25th February to load it up with it's own new panels and take it to the seaside

So - the load bay is full of bits of shiny metal - and one less shiny locker cover - and off to Southport it is

It's been all over Nick - most recently Chelmsford. Before that was Littlehampton. Got a couple of old MOTs from Penge.

 

It looks good in the flesh now Bern, It'll be show'n shine when its done.
