It does look like they have used the exchangers and or the shocker as a mount to winch it up the transporter. That looks like the transporter company have done that. As asked, are they the same company. I bet it is a mate or the same person as the paint shop.

 

Although people here will have loads of sympathy with you, you clearly need a solicitor on this one.

I haven't complained about the shoddy paint job yet as I need to keep the sprayer on board to get the details of the two tow truck companies he used. Once I have details of all involved I will go after him.

I paid £1665 for collection and delivery, sanding the worst bits and a basic spray job. I supplied filler, sand paper, 5 litres of 2k primer and the bar coat. The damage done is far more than what I paid for the spray job.
