Attention seeking team GB “athlete” in early morning shocker!

    Against all the odds, this morning our very own, self confessed lazy sod, @CollyP dragged himself out of bed and ran 5k without stopping!

    Today we visited Bushy parkrun and none of us died. Here’s some pics.

    Hurrah! Bushy park is the original one right? And nice and flat too I’ll wager :thumbsup:.I did my 38th or 39th (can’t remember which) this morning in Keighley. Come on @Ermintrude , you know you want to join me :D

    I’ve never been able to do long ish distance running. Fastest lad in my school over 100 metres and even now can give the youngsters a run for their money on parents sports day, but anything over 800 metres I’m useless.
