They say they arranged the photo shoot to help themselves and others to promote their business due to Covid 19 BUT then say it was delayed due to Covid so they are Using Covid 19 to add to the sob story...

Realistically they should have insurance against this sort of thing either business or vehicle..

Plus what’s all the ‘Birdie ‘ crap about ..

I have just read the crowdfunding page and think your all being a bit harsh.
I thought the description was fair they have lost their business that was struggling with a massive loss of business this year, I’ve see worse crowdfunding story’s.

The previous confusing story was probably just their emotional response that they have now cleared it up.

I doubt the bay was insured as it was not intended to be used on the road.

Were they stupid ? Yes
Is it a cause I would support? No
If others want to support it that’s their choice.

 

And like the rest of the country, there were handouts for loss of earnings.

As the saying goes harsh but fair

 

they have updated the crowdfunder webpage again, apparently her partner is a VW restorer of over 30 years experience......................so he can do the work, so that 20k empty shell is looking cheaper by the day.

 

Few hundred people now won't be able to support that nice prince from Nigeria who keeps emailing me.

 

Isn’t that what half of us could could call ourselves. Not sure why they need £20k then. Most of the cost is labour!
