Tonight I made a couple of sleeved grommets for the headlamp bowls from some 14mm blanking grommets and the smaller 9mm sleeved grommets that are cheap and easy to find.

Pretty much got all the wires in now. (Did a few more after the photos). Waiting for my Tesa tape to arrive so I can tidy it up.

Thank you. I'm not sure what colour it is as it's been painted at some stage and it's not the original colour. I haven't done much to it above the waist, so to speak, I've stripped everything mechanical and concentrated on that.
It's close to Marino yellow though. I just got some Rustoleum made up to match and hand painted the underneath and the dash front.

Bet you leave the paper clip thingy in there..just to provide a focus of imperfection to bring the remaining perfection into greater relief.

Those bulldog clips were brilliant for holding the wires as I laid them in one at a time, much better than the clothes pegs.

Well I haven't tested it yet but......

I started by putting all the link cables and jumpers on the back of my home made fuse and relay board
    [IMG]

Then got the relay wires plugged in first
    [IMG]

And a few hours later, a strangely satisfying bunch of wires with clear heatshrink insulation on all the terminals
    [IMG]
A bit of tidying to do still but all those wires terminated with none over and no empty terminals is a good start.

@Mark Darby A quick question, where did you source the clear heat shrink tubing from, and what size is it? You’ve inspired me to do a bit of under-dash tidying...
    Impressive stuff btw.

Brill’, and thanks for the link and intel. Have ordered some 6mm, but who knows when it might turn up!
