  2. As you probably know, Dickens was disappointed that his original title, 'Fun with Dr Manette' was discarded by his publishers in favour of 'A Tale of Two Cities'.
Title notwithstanding, this is probably the most useful & definately the most amusing little book you'll ever read about living with & cooking in a campervan.

  8. That's why I was so surprised to get a copy this morning.
I suspect if you pre-order it'll be with you sooner than you think.

  10. Yes to both.

Sadly, theres nothing about eating moss or digging dumpy trenches, but there's tales of snorting vodka & much, much more...

It looks silly enough to be worth buying. I have simply demanded that they notify me about this. It seems more like real experience.

You missed out "estimating the wind speed by looking at the puddle of rain water being held up on the side of the awning by the wind "

  12. What makes you think I've missed out vital stuff like that?
This is based on 25 years of fighting the elements, armed only with a tin box shaped like a hovis.

Guessing from the section titles there is some useful stuff like that.
    No Cobb BBQ scones though.

  18. Cans of tinned spaghetti, bottle of Jim Beam and a carton of Marlboro reds. Lots of coffee. At least that was my cookbook back in the day.

I could use some bus cooking tips. Good luck with your book.

By the way, that windspeed estimate is about Force 7.
