4 months to get fit

I'll be fine, my fitbit watch/activity tracker thing has challenges you can do to compete with other people.

Someone popped up this week I'm no fan of, can't be having them beat me. So I'm really going for it now.

You could add an oxo cube, it wouldn't help it would just thicken it up a bit

Next time I'd heartily recommend very steep hills and clambering over rocks. Two days of that and I feel like someone has fitted springs in my legs. I may even be growing an arse.
