To fund my purchase of a bay camper, I'm selling my lockdown project, a completely restored 1974 Kawasaki Z1A. It has entered one bike show, which it won best bike! (details on request)

Frame and bodywork painted by Spraypoint. All chrome is new or replated. All alloy professionally polished. New replica exhausts by Delkevic (£1500 and a waiting list). All new electrics. Engine rebuilt, OEM pistons at first oversize (0.5mm), uprated cam chain. O ring chain conversion. Optional twin disc and steering damper.

Run in for 500 miles, bike looks and rides like new. Blue chip investment (if you care) £18k.

More pics on request, including build.

that is really beautiful, always longed for a Z1, could never afford one, had to settle for a Z650 B1 , but my biking days are over now, however I will buy an extra lottery ticket this weekend.
if I win I'll buy it and put it in my living room just to look at.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

  11. Lovely bike if only i had a bigger garage I would be tempted. I remember back in 78 a mate bought one and gave me a backer  frightened me to death. Don’t think I’ve ridden pillion since, much rather be the one in control of the bike :)

Yes, the eBay ad has now finished but I will renew it. A couple of people were very interested and wanted to come and see the bike couple of weeks ago, but no one showed up.
