  1. Must be one of the best custom buses i've seen.

great attention to detail, everything was well thought through in advance and no tacky stuff.

  6. Beautiful van mate. What paint did you use on the interior curboards, and is laquered as well to get that clean shinny look?

  7. soz guys i missed these comments. for some reason i didnt get an email notification. thanks again for the kind words.

a little update... i collected my quarterlights from the paintshop the other day as they have been dechromed and painted black :). I set about trying to assemble them and the paint came off in large pieces so they are going back to be repainted.

i'm hoping to get the black deluxe trim on this weekend and get the rear of the engine tinware modified for the accelerator linkage.

I will be fitting my plastic deluxe clips with stainless screws, but was wondering how I can stop the deluxe holes from rusting? the screws will inevitably cause the paint to come off around the holes and i am worried that the holes may start to rust. should i just use some silcon or grease on the hole to at least coat it as i screw the screw in?

The interior is pretty mint too!! :D

  16. seats should be being fitted tonight. also hoping to make a start on refitting the 1/4 lights, but that depends on whether or not the bodyshop has finished de-chroming them and painting them black :) they had one attempt but the paint started peeling off.

the bigger question is whether i can refit them without scratching them lol

  17. I never comment on resto threads, but this one has changed my mind. Stunning.
