When I moved from London in 2004 I moved to a small village in East Sussex called Hartfield where the Author and writer of all the Winnie the Pooh books lived, the copse where Pooh bridge is sited was next to our house, we often used to go down to the woods to play Pooh sticks with my kids

Xi bears a remarkable resemblance to a former headmaster of mine - quite spooky really - his name was Jolley (by name not by nature) fondly known by staff as Joe Lee.
And another interesting fact. Henry the VIII often stayed just outside of frome, at a small hamlet Called Whatley, as one of the main entrances to Selwood Forest was there. He used to come and hunt Wild boar and deer,etc.The houses he stayed in are still there, next to the church.
