  1. Soon, Soon. They are in as are the back seat and cushions. It's loaded with junk at the moment, when I get chance to clean it all out I'll post some.

Another Westfalia bay interior this month. This time in the eye-catching westy orange plaid for the Front Seats, RnR bed and side cushions:

Something non Volkswagen for a change!
Tom really liked the Westfalia interior we recently did so asked if we could make a cover for a cushion to go on a window seat in his house using the same fabric.

This is what we came up with. Westy fabric on the top, complimented with a nice tan vinyl (the same vinyl going into our Baja bug).

A freshly upholstered set of seats for Danny’s T25 camper down in Weymouth that he’s currently restoring (a van that’s been in his family since it rolled out of the factory).

Upholstered in chocolate and cream with matching headrests and a new drivers cushion as the old one was shot. Ready for another 30 years of adventures.

Sometimes the simplest designs produce the nicest results.

Chloe approached us to see if we could make her some door cards top stitched to match the original VW design. Here’s what we came up with.
A full seat of beetle door cards and matching “Sparkafer” style headliner.

The door cards are finished with wrinkle pockets like the originals.

These should give her bug’s interior a really clean look.

Some fresh wheat carpet lining installed in Jayne’s T25 over the weekend. Much better!

Cheers Paul! I've got a nice variety of projects coming through over the next few months so keep your eyes peeled.

  10. If you weren't such a Southerner i'd have a potential customer for a full refit for you!

Is it the distance or my Southerner's love of Quiche that stopping you?! :p

Another job for @paneuropaul's van, Desmond.

Thermo blinds stripped down and reupholstered to match the curtains in his van.

They have little plastic suckers to attach them to the window (see holes in first pic). Paul kept these so just needs to reattach them.

  16. Hmm,. The reason I asked was I have Mad Matz covers for my rear window, front window and sliding door, but my spare tyre window and middle window opposite the slider get really cold at night.

I don't want to buy a set of thermal blinds just to use two of them :(

I also remain unconvinced by the sucker solution and wondered if you'd found a better way?

Also, when I re-read your post I realised you'd rejigged a set of thermals, rather than scratch built, so back to thinking on a solution.

  17. How about if someone (me) had a few spare blinds kicking about and sold you just the two you need plus the suckers, would that help?

  18. Might do, if they're going spare? Gotta be worth a go. :) Please bear in mind, I make @scrooge95 look like an extravagant spendthrift ;)

PM me please, I am certain we can sort something out
