Stay safe mate. We’ve recently had a garage fire which was scary enough. Nothing on the scale you might be facing
Someone was quoting the area affected as about 4 million hectares ... or over four times the area affected this year in the Amazon ... Is that right? Spoke on the phone to my friend from near Gimpy, in London, this morning. Having listened to her it's clear the dramatic photos don't come close to describing what it feels like to be there ...........
Don it might be a weird question but what does it smell like round your way ? And can you smell anything else? What if the dog farts ?
Just come in from a night out with the girls and thought about you in Aus on the way home - in cool drizzle. If only we could transport our rain to you. Hoping you’re ok...
Smoky, sometimes eye wateringly acrid and almost unbreathable without a respirator or mask. The dog can still clear the room.
I can't imagine what it would be like to be under this kind of threat. Best of luck Don. Hope you come through unscathed.
