Just had a text from blokey who thinks he runs the show. He's working today .... Cabbage Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
two days a week for a company and then three days a week doing my own consultancy the former amounts to 17 hours and the latter as much as I need to, which depends upon workload. Then a boat, camper van and house that all need working on as well, I suppose two in this latter category could be classed as a hobby.
I attend work Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 4:30. not say how many hours I work as they might find out.
I've been retired almost nine years and I still don't have time to do the things my wife wants me to!
Sorry to hear this , you can rest assured it’s their loss , hope you find something better ,sometimes it’s ment to be , all be it you can do with out selfish pillocks like them at Christmas time . Good luck
In all fairness the whole company went bang administrators walked in said all go home your all redundant. Even the managers and board of directors got goosed right before Xmas but when they all drove off in there bmw m2 and top of the range mercs I did think to myself I think they will be alright just worry about yourself haha
My contract says 37.5 hours a week. If I’m away we generally do 10 hour days in the factory, but if I’m at home I generally do less. Swings and roundabouts I guess!
40 hours. 0700 to 1600( on the dot to avoid horrendous traffic m27 j8) mon- fri. Going to flexitime tomorrow.
Depends on the weather.Last time I worked was the Thursday before xmas week. This time of year maybe a day or two a week, if I’m lucky...
Absolutely no idea! How did it come to that? From 1988 to 1991 it was five days, three evenings and a Saturday morning in six different clinics in London being a total "Yuppie" chasing the work, loving the work, and minimal "life". 1991 to 1998 two days and two evenings split between London and Gloucestershire. 1998 to 2003, three days roughly in Gloucestershire. 2003 to now, "Adrenal shutdown" meant half a day for while until the self build got underway, at which point all sense of time has completely gone out of the window! DIY happens any time that I might be lucky enough to be awake and "compos mentis" which is for about four hours in a day @CollyP time to swap notes?
Hmmmmm. I’ve just got up so brain not working quite right yet. my sleeping and not diying does mean my house is falling down around my ears! I have an hour and a half commute each way, am checking emails from about 7am (then have a snooze on the train) then work ‘normal’ office hours. Plenty of stress helping to reduce the already inadequate amount of hair in my head. Been working about 4 hours a day for the last three days even though I’m officially off.
