Media blaster the seatbelt mounts and the forward heat diving duct. Put the parts in a bath of phosphoric acid to reach rust that the blasting didn’t get. An to get a anti rust coat on the bare metal. Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk

The saga continues inner fender finished. Pretty satisfied whit the results. Now it’s just the outer fender left Got some hammer forming done on the patch. And started to adjust it to fit the cut out. Can’t wait to get back to the garage tomorrow evening to get it welded in place. Hopefully the hammer marks won’t be to visible when it’s grind smooth. If grinding back all the welds is a pain. Cleaning of all the under coating before blasting is a real pain...... wiping it clean whit thinner has some advance.... it takes the edge of Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk

Finally first coat of epoxy base. Didn’t have enough for second coat. Keyed it up for some mor painting tomorrow. Fund some pin holes to address whit the welder.
