For those of you who have smartphones (android or IOS) I use a cool app called Endomondo to track runs, and upload data to the cloud. Now the bit thats probably most useful for a distributed group such as TLB is that you can link up as friends and track each other progress, get notifications and even send each other motivational messages while they are out running. Oh yeah, and its free. It also keeps track of all your stats, personal bests, calories burned etc. very motivational to see the little runner icons on the calendar showing when youve been out. Jon
warming up with a cup of tea before off out for a jog with my dog. going to try run for 1 min the walk for say 40 seconds , got a few aches today but nothing to bad. hopefully it'll relieve some tension I've got an exam tomorrow keep it up guys :tischtennis:
jogged again today, two days in a row ;D rest day tomorrow as I'm in exams all day :'( I need to buy new trainers... I got passed by a couple of joggers today and they had spanking trainers on anyone else out running in the rain or just me :
i can't run far because of football and rugby knees but i have done 7 mile walks instead of 5 since this thread began , i was back in the house by 7.30 this morning saw two stag deer this morning , i will try n keep it up

Count me in. I hit 14 stone 3 today! usually around 13!!! I hate running, but it does seem to shift the lard
