I dont make them as they are there to be broken and usually by 12 noon on the 1st January ) I make conscious decisions instead. Going to get my self in shape (been saying that for the past 5 years) I'm going to ease up on the jibba's I'm going to eat more healthily I'm going to focus on mind, body and spirit Well i'm making a decision to at the very least give it a go
My resolutions are: 1. remember to be positive 2. remember I can't be an expert at everything 3. remember I'm not always right also, 4. get The Fall Guy boxset 5. get the heating working on tha van 6. meet more TLB members

To learn to play the ukulele.it was going to be the guitar ,but the uke has only got 4 strings compared to 6 on the guitar ,so it must be easier

To do some excercise every day, so come on Dazzle and Olive-Bay how about a new years excercise thread. We all do something everyday, run , walk , cycle, up and down the stairs ten times, press ups , chin ups etc Doesn't really matter just post and keep each other motivated. Al
To lose weight as well, the target being a stone in the first two months, looks like I'll be out in the garage on the rower more often, that said I have had a good December (48,800m rowed this month ) and to manage another no drinking January
I'm back to running from tomorrow - had a foot injury last few months and seems like a good time to get back out there - so motivational thread would work for me O0
diet for me too and no beer, although it will have to will wait until the xmas beer/food is gone, i'm not throwing stuff away just because tomorrow is the day.
