Great little mower , have small lawn now , miss my mowing too. Your soil looks good up their erm .

 

this will be the size of my new lawn ... it would be mower overkill.

poor bug needs work too but will have to get in the ever-increasing queue behind the camper and house.

 

I'll miss the petrol one and scarifier, it's bloody fantastic! I was really surprised about the soil after years under the 70's slabs but it seems ok. Not many worms but still some manure and fertiliser to dig in... then to flatten and get some turf down.
p'haps i should resurrect the house/garden/life resto thread?

 

come and do mine, i've gone from hardly any grass - maybe 10 mins to mow to 3 bleeding lawns - that one on the side being huge - i only have a flymo and it's a nightmare lol.

 

if you lived darn the road i would willingly rick , i luv mowing , with a nice edge you cant beat it . Flymos not much good for big lawns really , buy erms its bargain.

 

i know but i don't like them ones with a roller on, am thinking i'll have to get a bigger mower probably a petrol one but with 4 wheels? i really hate gardening.

 

Tis the roller that makes the lawn nice n flat and the grass likes it too , having that scarifier is a big bonio too , get rid of weeds and airs it . Mowing is fun , weeding is a pain i agree. (thats not paul by the way)

 

gardening is ACE! petrol mowers are the best, flymo's the worst. After mowing the lawn with a petrol one you'll go inside for a cuppa smelling of petrol and feeling accomplished.... kinda like working on a bus but without the accomplishment bit

 

Ive just seen one on ebay £650 new , this is a bargain , might be worth throwing it on their erm , under that add

 

starts up fine...runs like a Ford Focus
