TPS sensor fitted LS2 coils fitted ..as paul says i could have gone COP but hardest part is getting them to fit and i don`t have much room as it is
Injectors @vanorak .....this has been giving me a headache for ages so today i machined the Siemens injector that i want to run to see if i could get it to fit in the Honda TB .... still undecided which way i`m going but the VFR injector flows 250cc and the Siemens 320cc which is where i want to be ......despite the cheap TB s cant seem to find anyone that has gotten them to run and given up ..... machined down to 14.00mm and with the seal fitted ......fits in the TB perfect ..only trouble is its shorter and has a larger Oring on the end that fits the fuel rail ...so i have to modify that and the fuel rail as well which im slightly concerned about if i`m happy i`ll buy 4 new injectors and machine them
Top job Lhu1281....I'm guessing that as long as the height of the injector tip sits at the same height as the originals, relative to the TBs, it should work...
No idea ...it's got enough time to sort itself out before it gets in the combustion chamber ...they are not quite the same lengths but its all a best compromise
What is that kit you are using? I won't have anything like that so will have to look for that pulse in TunerStudio
its just a bog standard sensor reader box ... i just conected it up as the Type 4 sensor is quite burried and i wanted to check that it was making ...you can borrow it if you want ????
Hey, nice one thanks, I'll see how I get on and might take you up on that Love those injectors/rails/itb's good work!
Throttle bodies ,fuel rails ,4 new injectors for less than £100 ,, Price up CB stuff and it's 10x that
dump valve fitted ...a complete PITA set to 7psi ..its a atmosphere and recirculating jobbie ...had to be modified and have a flange welded to it gonna leave the linkage for a while as I have no real idea how to do it at the mo ....so going to have a go at a pair of j tubes
working has got in the way of this ...not done a lot but have managed to make half a pair of stainless J tubes to match the VS exhaust .....it will all get painted black anyways ......I still need to fix the alt support and modify under tin but its a surprising amount of work for a J tube .....size 38mm
course they do but at over £300 for this style or 500 for equal length .... mine are effectively free ....plus I spent the money on a new servo and 944 mastercylinder ...not sure how the VS one integrate with the alt ? I`ll just weld a bracket I was temped to make them into heat exchangers but as I`m removing the booster fan decided not .....
Eek - about £60-80 for T1 VS SS J tubes, but I suppose they only serve a cylinder each so not comparable.
playing with the belt tensioner ....it's off an A5 surprising amount of tension and a pain to get on .....next time I do a big bit of turning I may make a 5 rib pulley and do away with the alt V belt ....or I could mill one
i am in awe. this is amazing. I have no idea what you are talking about throughout, but your skills and photos are amazing.
