  1. I am pleased for Hamilton. He held it together through the reliability issues and being 2nd to Nico in qualifying. Good on him. Entertaining season.

  2. As far as I'm aware, the driver has to implement any changes. I think the pit can edit a map, but the driver has to put it in place. When Hamilton pitted for the first time, the radio call went out to Rosberg "bridge 1, bridge 1" which was the call for him to change the mapping on the engine to an intermediate one which increased the fuelling and the performance of the engine for the 2 or 3 laps before he pitted to try and make the most of the clear track he would have had ahead of him.

Back to the last race, I listened on the radio and have to say it was very enjoyable to hear one thing after another going wrong for the cheating hun. At first I thought he was doing it on purpose to cover up his crap wheel-spinning start but shirly all those things going wrong with his car must have been organised by someone?

i doubt that, a german team would surely prefer a german champion, at the end of the day hamilton had a lot of failiures early on in the season and missed out on 3 or more races due to retirement yet still won 11? races to rosbergs 5, in the end the best man won.

Seems that a certain Mr. Vettel has been spotted at Fiorano doing some laps in a F2012 Ferrari
