I thought it was a bargain too. The reality is I do plan to sell the red one which will help pay for most of the green one (which is having a respray) Obviously not selling them here, you know how much I paid lol
most of us have memory of a gold fish... I could import one of them ,the new plate will not tell you the age ,but the log book might, after the cheque has cleared..
They look good. Nice to have documentation of all the work that went in. I would love to put in a similar dash in mine....hmmm got me thinking
Ahh one of them was a Fleetline - I do note it had the prototype bay/split running gear to start with!
A fleetline is a splitty made in 74 ..this is just a odd ball Brazilian bay made of mismatched parts .
is the picture you link actually yours being done? i don't suppose you could link or know of more pictures of the conversion?
Yes it is mine. I got two large sheets, one for each camper showing all the work And a DVD! I'm about to head off to work and won't be back until tomorrow so will get more shots up and details if I can find them
I do actually like the south American buses. More for the side doors than anything else. Good for camping.
there must be a decent market for the Bay front ends they chop off? hope they dont just chuck them in the skip... I like the look of both, loads of work ... and for 9k ish each bit of a deal really...
