APARANTLY NOT ENOUGH AS I THOUGHT I'D WAIT AND SELL AND HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY A HOUSE BUT HOUSES ARE STILL WAY TOO EXPENSIVE ALL I'D GET IS A WOODEN SHED I CAN'T LIVE IN ALL YEAR ROUND SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A FEW SAMBA'S WHEN I WAS IN MY 20'S I'D BE MINTED NOW AND LIVING IN AT LEAST A 250,000 QUID HOME. JUST BOUGHT A NEW EXHAUST ANYWAY
If you'd bought samba's they would have turned to dust by now like your westy and be more or less worthless, you should have bought a house in your 20's.
There THATS SORTED IT. ANYWAY I'D RATHER SLEEP IN THE VAN AND YES, ZED'S RIGHT HOW BLOODY SHORTSIGHTED WAS THAT OF ME NOT TO BUT A HOUSE ON MY OWN IN MY TWENTIES AND HAVE TO GIVE HALF OF IT AWAY TO A STUPID WOMAN WHO NEVER PAID ANY OF IT ANYHOW. Bitch never got the bike tho
Me too, 6 figures. Never mind eh? You'd have had to give her half the sambas/pension/houses/cars whichever way you went. I regret not loafing about and *******ing my wages up the wall ~(for longer).
I wanted a nice motorbike in my 20's...instead,i bought a 4 bedroom house with a 100 foot garden and a cellar for £43,500.I was earning £8000 a year and my now wife was on £2,500...We didnt eat much back then to pay the mortgage and do the house up as it was built in 1905 and falling down 'round our ears! Now,two houses later...i want to move and this ones up for £230,000...I still aint got a nice motorbike, but im on me second campervan with a wife and 3 kids to fill it!...Hmmmm....
See I had a brilliant time just doing that [maybe from 18-35] ,some people think it was a waste of money but I loved it ,all my old friends are still going on weekends to butlins ,holidays in Tenerife out every Friday/Sat, I have a slight envy ,settling down with 2.2 kids and a smelly dog is`nt what it is cracked up to be...
