Well we left England after TE ready to start work fitting a kitchen but the weather is toooooo nice to be inside as the good neighbor correctly pointed out so we have been clearing the patio area of building stones, sand and the mixer. Look no stones Here is the just built herb garden.
Yes but its nice and warm here. The top temp being in direct sun which we have been enjoying working in.
That double what any forecast I can find says for today! You must have your own micro-climate! Happy days!
ahem... http://www.charentemaritimeholidayaccommodation.co.uk/weather.html Nice work mate ,sometime the neighbour [especially the good lucking English one]knows best...
Now the window is in its time to lift two 6 metre x 300 x 75 beams Both in place now to remove the old rotten oak beam.
You might need a bit of mastic to take up the gap around the window frame. You could ask the Builder to do it, I can see his Van outside.
Thanks for the advice, should the mastic be included in the quote or should I go see the bank manager.?
Here in the Charente Maritime if your house does not have worm it is not a Charentise house, well that's what we were told by the Notire.
