That was probably a banker the second that he quit. Didn't see that coming mind you! Big Ron is making his presence felt. I'm pretty confident we'll see McLaren return to the front in the next couple of years.

 

That is smart thinking. I can see this being modelled by each team right now as it gives optimum airflow. I am certain Adrian Newey will have come up with something interesting too.

 

I think we're going to have to buy eye bleach in bulk this season....

having been likened to anteaters and task, i think the Ferrari has taken inspiration from Star Wars....

Man that Ferrari is ugly

 

Due to a prescriptive rule these cars look hideous. They no longer look like racing cars at the pinnacle of a sport, more like something a 5 year old has penned. No one who watches racing gives a Marmite about fuel efficiency etc, there will be a lot of people turning off this year.

And a frog running Mclaren? Sacre bleu!

Yeah for sure. Looking forward to seeing red bull and Mercedes cars. They will be taking things stead this week, trying to find reliability and look for gremlins. The second test will give a better picture of performance.

some of the noses do look a bit ugly but they will no dought change throughout the season , realy looking forward to it, the teams are gonna have some headaches with all the new systems on the cars.

 

Eric Bollier as Racing Director but still no confirmation as to who will be Team Principal.

I really wonder if Ross Brawn will go to McLaren or if he'll take a punt on Williams.

So would I, but I'm not sure Frank & Claire would want to hand over the running of the race team.

 

someone suggested Brawn could repace Boullier at Lotus.... would prefer to see him at McLaren personally.

 

I doubt lotus can afford Brawn - heck they can't even afford drivers!
