Here is Sarge my 1978 Champagne Edition Bay Window Microbus. He is a superb example of this much desired late bay with original paintwork and interior and is so good he could be a museum peice. Arrived in the uk from usa in december 2013 with a clear oregan title and all duties paid. Outside he has all original paint and those super sexy 70s stripes look amazing against the still as new stunning chrome. The structure of the bus is totally solid even including the usually rotten battery trays. Inside is like the day he was built and looks truly awsome. As soon as you open any of the doors it blows you away with how good it looks. A total time warp machine. The 2litre engine starts first time and runs extremly well and is really strong. The transmission is quiet and goes through the gears as smooth as butter. The master cylinder is new and all the brakes have been flushed thru and new fluid installed. This bus is here and ready for its first uk owner to start their vw adventure. Grab a bargain £11,250 Contact libby 07532099166 Or email libbyc41@gmail.com Any inspection welcome. Location added to advert. Sorry its my first go at posting on here. Thanks for the heads up. Ive seen one or two champagnes at daft money.
Ill agree with that, the seats in the back look very clean and not had much use. This one, unless somethings hiding (and Im far from suggesting it) is well worth the asking price!
You get to go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on about the fact its a Champagne too apparently...
It does look lovely inside. I've just told Jan that we should buy it to do the school runs for our minded children. We could get six in there.
