Love the pics. The bus gets used just what it was made for. Did I spot Harlyn Bay in there ?

 

You did indeed spot Harlyn you know your north Cornwall

 

It's our favourite area for hols. Constantine is our other favourite. Mainly because these beaches are clean, big, allow dogs and you can normally bodyboard. No need to go abroad.

 

Totally agree. Its the nicest part of our country. I think from Ilfracombe down to St Ives you cant go wrong.

Fav places along the way are Woolacombe, Polzeath, Padstow, Harlyn, Newquay, Crantock, Holywell and fav of all Perranporth. We have been these places loads and will go back loads but feel we also need to try new places also so open to suggestions. We are actually on a small 4 day camper trip from next thursday.
Thinking Isle of Wight at the moment?

 

We've been to the IOW a couple of times when the kids were much younger and found it ideal. Beaches are clean and gently sloping so safe, and there is a nice place in the middle called Robin Hill Park. Recommend it.
Give Burnout a shout on here as I think he lives on IOW so might have some ideas on places to stay/visit.

Thought it would be a good time to update some pics as we have done a lot of work recently.

1. Dash Resprayed.
2. Nearly all of the inside of the van has been sanded down primered and resprayed green. (Only 1x bulk head and sliding door to do)
3. Original Seats back in.
4. Cabinet Built.
5. Buddy Box nearly finished.
6. Made new covers for Rock n Roll Bed Seats.
7. Made new Kick panel under RnR bed.

What a great thread! Really digging the camo green color, the comfy interior, and the composition of your photos are just "wow!"...In fact i think i said it out loud more than a few times. Very very nice indeed!

Hey Marowak. I know, he sent the message back in August but somehow missed it until today. I have messaged back asking for any other info he may have plus pics. Hopefully I will get some more of the story of George and will post it up as I learn.
