I struggle to even cut a piece of wood in a straight line lol Wood is like my kryptonite Ill pm paul and let him know lauries waiting for the engine
I can't saw straight either, but with a router and a straight-edge I can make perfectly straight, square cuts, and using templates made from 3.5mm ply using an angle grinder, I can cut fancy shapes too.
As promised some pics. We got as far as finishing the overhead locker and the under rock n roll bed kick panel. Will do the two cabinets behind rock n roll bed then in a couple of weeks then later on in the summer will the bigger part.
Rainbow conversions in Wisbeach do a good selection of stuff like that. It's where we got the pop out handles for our drawers and cupboards.
I think it depends on what else you have in the interior. Too many textures or colours can look a bit fussy. To be honest I'm not overly impressed with the quality of the push button locks from Rainbow Conversions. If I was looking for catches now I would probably look at boat chandlers as the quality might be better.
Hi there I can fully help you all here as I built the interior in this bus,its made from 18mm oak veneered mdf with plenty of varnish to fully seal it from any damp,this was my second interior ive done in a bay the first was in my own
