Really hope Vowo have a tractor on hand ... it looks like rain all week and that patch we are in may get very water logged and difficult to get out of .....

 

I'm sure they will sort something out for us

Lennybus - 50+ Cup cakes ,tea urn, generator, cups and plates, gazebo, table cloth of sorts.
Marowak - Bubble machine
Jen / Hippyrich - batteries for bubble machine, doily bunting, few teacups (more to be collected as we find them), Tea, Milk, Sugar, ginger beer, victoria sponge cake, chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookies, lemon cupcakes (may not make these if we have enough cupcakes), cups for ginger beer, napkins, a few paper plates, Tiny-Pie's cake stand, table, space hopper


I still need to make flyers - anyone good with that sort of thing and want a crack at designing - I'll print things off here at work - Richard was playing around with something like TeaLB, TLB tea party etc but we haven't got very far...

Also - we have the display board - what should we put on there? Photos of our busses? Snapshots of the forum? I'll assemble this on Friday night...

I am loving the fact that this is coming together as such a team effort - we are going to have a great time come rain or shine (hopefully a little bit of shine)

Made this...its water proof to a certain degree...well the last one I made survived camperjam 2012 hehe and I've made the cake stand flat packed it for you too hope you like x

Oh ye of little faith - I've e-mailed Laura to say we have concerns and that we will all be extremely annoyed if they haven't thought about the problem - watch this space!
