Me too but can't say I'm too fussed. It's only a forum, people won't get on and people will, life's too short to give a stuff about this sort of stuff. I just want our new van fixed Dave!!!!

I had a discussion in the kitchen this morning with Mrs Dubweiser we talked about someone we don't like and I imagine the comments were rather derogatory. This conversation was held in private just as the Admin section should be. We could have the conversation with the person but all that does is cause more bad feeling. If they had anything about them they would realise that behaving in the way they do is bound to annoy people and consequently they would be talked about.

Whoever feels aggrevied by the situation could you answer a question honestly for me?
Have you ever discussed someone or something that you dont like without involving the person. Anyone that can answer no to that question is either deluding themselves or is a very confrontational person. Not everyone is comfortable behaving in that manner, thats human nature.

The solution? simple really if you don't like someone don't talk to them, don't try and bait them and don't insult them. If you do somebody will no doubt stand up for them which causes yet more bad feeling in what should be a happy place.

The forum is supposed to be a welcoming place for all, lets try and keep it that way

If you read the start of this thread i think you'll find a lot of people ar'nt happy with what they saw, you seem to be pinning your thoughts to a certain person, who's this person ? maybe lots of people who saw the admin threads now realise that your "don't try and bait them and don't insult them" quote should be aimed at mods not members, this thread was started because the OP seemed to think something was wrong and people were'nt posting, from what I can read there's a few who agree, i really don't understand how you can or want to turn it round on to members who might feel aggreived, when members post things mods don't like it gets locked or removed, but now we know it carries on in admin and things get said that would probbably get members a warning or banned if it was in open forum

 

Your right they are a lot smaller as I can fit one in my mouth but as a kid I couldn't so they must of made them smaller.

 

But to be fair none of you let it go brigade where mentioned in any thread I read in the staff room

Posted in there I thought it was a bit harsh and if anyone else other admin had posted such like in open forum they be looking at a warning to say the least now I know I type what I think which does get me into trouble a lot
But I d like to think that if people had such a problem with me they'd say so in open forum or at least by pm (I take it my inbox will be full shortly)and not conspire in a private thread to try and cause a argument in a separate thread but what I find upsetting is this was done by moderators how does that help the forum ? I have made my peace with one of the mods concerned and I hope the others concerned take as such with them and we can all live happily ever after the end.

 

I personally will be glad to see this site go down, didn't take me long time to realise that the moderators were ******ers and what happened only confirmed it. Soda water hit your heads and you think you are something special. ***** you.

 

There's the rub, it wasn't said in an open forum & if it hadn't been for a technical glitch no one but mods & admin would have ever seen it.
