I am not anti Charles and wish him well. But I do struggle to recall any one achievement or benefit he has brought to this country either as Pof W or monarch……I do not count tourist money or visitors in my assessment.
We could have the king of Thailand in charge , Huyrob sorry mate but you would be serving a 20 years sentence for your anti Charles stance .
Agreed. Not a big fan of old big ears - but the Prince's Trust is pretty special and a worthy legacy should he need one so soon.
Lovely Moons ! Was there really any need for the name calling when the guy has been diagnosed with cancer ?
He could have called me big ears when i was diagnosed with cancer - I wouldn't have minded. It's a term of endearment - just because you feel the need to doff your 'cap and know your place doesn't mean the rest of us have to.
That's you but other people may be more sensitive ! Oddly you never wished him the best considering you also were sadly diagnosed with cancer but instead decided to chuck in an insult for good measure ? . I personally am quite happy to doff my cap to someone i have respect for ! but at the same time i would rather not lower my standards to make personal insults to someone I have zero respect for and would just keep quiet instead . Moons I wish both you and Charles all the best in the future . Long live the King .
I sincerly hope so ! If I do Soggz it's down to your positive thoughts . I may even treat you to a pint at the Cheese and Grain should it happen .
I have very negative view of the royal family. I rest assured he’ll have the very best treatment that we all pay for but don’t get. He doesn’t need my best wishes, he’ll get millions of them from people who don’t understand no one should have that life simply for being born into another generation of the same families whose infighting across a millennia cost millions of lives. My best or worst wishes mean literally nothing to cancer. I acknowledge you have a different viewpoint.
Thanks for the acknowledgement . All very different subject matter we could debate but probably best to leave it there .
I think my mother in law has them, as she was there too. Family day out sort of thing. She bought a house from him many many years ago.
