Ere I’m so wanting to buy one of these Nipper

    I’ve always wanted one… ever since I saw the one up the road started up on a cold morning when I was a nipper waiting for the school bus ,
    Not only that I’m going to use my supply of castrol R in mine
    Brinnn din din din din…
    And as usual at least 80 percent of you don’t even know what I’m on about :)

    A Warthburg nipper, jeez these are a blast from the past!

    I seem to recall an old chap in Crich had one when I was growing up :)

    Got to agree with you once again… used to walk past the local Wartburg garage on the way to school…. somehow looked modern next to the “normal “ stuff…loved the estate version.

    I thought the same about the Citroen BX when I first clapped eyes on one in France ..... Right at the start of the trend in using plastics to get the weight down, and easy to replace panels iirc

    swapped it for a bmw :D , it’s been converted by the new owner to electric:eek:

    DEAF2233-236B-420A-8DF4-0CE03DB4B65F.jpeg Would absolutely love another one of these. My first car…but I put a 1.5 Stanza engine in it. Went quicker than a Fiesta XR2, from a standing start. Still a great looking car, I think.
