For sale Selling for a dear friend owned for 50yrs. It’s been off the road for 20yrs and kept in a heated floor lockup. The bodywork is generally in excellent condition. The underneath needs some attention mainly being the heater channels which will need replacing. The floor seems very solid and the battery tray also clean. It had a new front beam 20yrs ago and it still looks brand new. The interior is in lovely original condition. Engine runs lovely all original and has done 130,000 without missing a beat. Under the bonnet is the original spare wheel, jack all as when it left the factory. He wants it to go to a genuine VW enthusiast which is why I have tried our forum first before advertising elsewhere . Let me know if you interested
Hi chap, he’s looking at having the work done on it was the latest. I’m going to see I’m in a couple of weeks so will know more when we look over the car. He’s in no rush to do anything which can always be frustrating when you are looking for a project like this. Will keep you posted!
