    I couldn't stop to ask ...
Had just come up Frocester ("Froster") Hill (GL10 3UQ).
Three came by us after so I think it was the last group stop before dispersing to local-ish homes and farms?

  4. Are tractors rallies common in UK? I have seen a few of them in magazine.

I guess they must be, though this is the first time in 30 years of living round here I've seen one ...

  9. After a 9 year hiatus, finally doing what she's supposed to do - again!

Only about 20 miles from home but despite the 29* heat bus ran lovely today, almost as if she was as happy as me to be camping again! Oil temp maxed out at just under 100* and CHT never exceeded 160*.

Clouds on the horizon suggest we might be in for a bit of excitement later!

  11. About harvest time loads of them .
I used to love tractors , one of their biggest fans, I spent hours watching them go up and down the fields ploughing, reaping harvesting, had loads of memorabilia, seats distributors, lumps of gear boxes.
When i met my partner she said get rid, it is just junk so sadly I parted with the lot.

One night watching Emmerdale on the telly there was a scream from the kitchen, I dashed in and saw the deep fat fryer was ablaze.
I didn't hesitate I walked up to the fryer, exhaled and took a deep breath in sucking in all the flames into my lungs.
I opened the back door dashed outside and exhaled all of the flames into the night sky.

My partner stood there looking at me in awe

How the hell did you do that she said
    I replied it was easy

  12. Well we ended up with almost a bit too much excitement, just experienced one of the most intense thunder storms of my life! We fared ok, a bit of a leak around the top of the slider when the gutters were overwhelmed and a few drips from the louvre window. Unfortunately the couple on the pitch nextdoor weren't so lucky :(

This is on my list to buy next summer I reckon. Poole harbour would be lovely for it.
