Just a bit of an ‘in joke’, don’t worry about it. If you type in the colour of your early, you might find that miraculously changes to something else too. Looks a lovely bus, shame it doesn’t work for you. Put a For Sale ad on here too (if you haven’t already), the wider the audience the better.
The adjusters foul the gear linkage. You can buy a "pre-bent" rod from the usual suspect for about £150 and get a VW place to fit it and put the bus back up to stock height or they can bend the current one to clear. All in all I don't think it would be more than a £400 job to have it back up, cheaper than the amount to change and less aggravation.
Keep it going - this is a Wanted Ad, the other is a For Sale, they just cross over a bit; can't see it being a problem.
