What’s the point of a bike that’s screwed to the floor ?

 

We've been overrun by the mirror people today.

 

End of an era.

 

And it prevents you going on the road and annoying "proper" road users .

 

Took another run out to visit uncle David but he must've been out as no-one came when we ran the bell!

Still, twas an excuse for a lovely run around the lanes and an attempt at an arty shot - would've been okay if it weren't for the reflection of the farm trailer and fertilizer sacks!

Sorting through another one of my boxes of 'good stuff', recovered after 10 years of storage in the parents garage I found this...

I knew I had it but had long forgotten where it went. Back when I acquired it was about the time my bus went off the road so I never got chance to see if it worked - until today. Really chuffed to say it works like a charm, I even checked my max advance which was spot on at 32* with idle bang on the mark at 7.5*. Feel like the cat that got the cream; spent 20 mins this afternoon giving it a good clean and polish!

But is 3 timing lights the start of a... problem?
