Click on the avatar or user name of the person you wish to message, a box will pop up that has an option to ‘start a conversation’ click on that option and away you go. Alternatively on the top of Your TLB screen on the right of the dark blue bar there is ‘ inbox’ option click on that and choose ‘ start a new conversation’ begin to type in the user name and choose the correct one from the pop ups or drop down, away you go.
