Chinese night heaters ( eberspacher type ) Any thoughts?

    Well, 12 month's on and it's worked very well. I have used it on lots of occasions and even left it on for four days while I was away in my truck two weeks ago. That it runs off the main battery and my T4 needs a good battery to start it says a lot for my battery and the frugal usage of electricity these heaters use. I have only just refilled the gallon plastic tank that I have in the engine compartment and I am very pleased with my purchase thus far.

    Thank you all for the input. I hope this thread has inspired others to use them :thumbsup:

    I fit mine into an old toolbox that I bolted to the chassis for protection. Not the most elegant fit, but it works.

    Nearly there!
    After being in a box in the garage since last Sept,and seeing as we had time to waste .... it’s in , with just the electrics to be done. Decided to fit a quick release fitting on the fuel pipe to the 5ltr tank. Ideally I want to fit an unslung tank , just need to design a hinged box

    Mind the green fuel line it tends to harden and lose its grip on the fittings.

    Thanks for the heads up.
    Can I ask how soon did it harden,..... that’s sounds completely wrong
    It looks like some people have inserted the green pipe into standard fuel pipe without connections and fitted clips , is this ok ? Or should I run standard fuel lines.
    Advice would be appreciated
