Booked ferry today, have to go via Jersey, stay a night then take the ferry to St.Malo in the morning. ETA 11.35 am French time. Hopefully make the railway car park at Ninove mid-evening.

I booked as campervan. Some book as a large car. I’d rather not risk it.

 

I’m large car it’s on measurements see and I’ll air it out to get down to 1.8m

when we last got the ferry the woman, as we were checking in, told us to book as a large car next time.

I'm gutted to say the least, bluddy ferries!! such is the joy of living on an island.
I was really looking forward to meeting up with you guys and the jollification that follows.
Have fun and a beer or two for me. Maybe next time hopefully.

Guernsey Channel Islands.
I had to go via Jersey anyway spending the night there to catch the early ferry to St Malo next morning.

 

Lots of events cancelled so you never know... it might not happen.

It was to be expected. Everything got cancelled overhere. Carnival, fair, sport... I feel we are just days away of lock down like Italia.

 

You should pop over here.....apparently our idiot government believes we can defy biology and need not learn the lessons from Italy.

 

I work for stannah and am just starting to struggle to get in to old folks homes
