Big Bang VW show any good?

Afternoon all,

What do people think of the Big Bang show at Santa Pod?
Now I own Pumpkin I’m considering getting over there for the first VW show attended since owning him.

Also, as Pumpkin has his MOT due a couple of weeks before there’s a chance that he might not be driveable to the show. How frowned upon would it be for us to rock up in a Mazda car with a dome tent for the weekend if he’s unusable?

I don't think they would mind.

 

We often go as I like to watch the drag racing and chill on the bank. You won’t be frowned upon going in an alternative to a VW just don’t leave any valuables in the tent (even when asleep). Not sure if we are going yet as we would need to find a dog sitter/kennels for the weekend.

We did Bug Jam in a VW Espace once and didn’t have any issues.

 

I love santa pod the place is great, Big bang is a great weekend also, ive been in loads of different vehicles just rock up

 

+1. Tho' Bug Jam charge you more for showing up in a non VW, dunno about Big Bang.

 

Ive allways bought VW tickets even when i haven't took a VW, no ones ever checked
