PO here. Finally getting the chance to go through the entire thread in detail. Bought this when I was 17 and pretty much left it to rot with being at university etc and not having the time or the money. Hats off to you Tweed for your work on this. It was heartbreaking to part with at the time but after seeing someone put so much dedication and attention into this, then I know it was the right decision. The result is stunning and I'm looking forward to seeing the finished interior. FYI: "An absolute pig to remove, held in with more welds than the titanic!! Damian if you reading this your name was mud for about an hour or so round here.lol" Had nothing to do with me. Dodgy work of the PPO, with which I'm sure you more than familiarised yourself with over the course of the restoration
Absolutely fantastic progress, It's work like this that has kept me revisiting the forum, The standards achieved are second to none,
Nice to hear from you mate, hope your well. That PPO has a LOT to answer for.. Glad you're happy I gave her a good home, she's my pride and joy and I hope to see you on the road sometime soon
