Some times u guys really do go above and beyond thank soooooo much to all of u these dropped on the door step today @nicktuft @barneyrubbke Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Difficult times! I’m also dealing with Dads bladder cancer and everything else that stem from being old. Lost my Mum 10 years ago to cancer and also had throat cancer last year which fortunately at this moment in time has been treated. I’m a true believer that we all have Cancerous cells in our DNA that’s waiting to be triggered. I donate money each month to this cause and MS because of my Brother in Law Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Well been training hard and this morning I managed to do the full triathlon distance swimming in 1 go so Iv dine all the distances now just gotta do em all at once Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That's a fast build up from a length a week or so ago . Top effort you'll smash it! Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
If you haven't been on the bike yet, a couple of things if you're new to a few things. Practice getting unclipped from the pedals BEFORE you go out on it. Sent from my PLK-L01 using Tapatalk
You have time to dine best to do them one after another rather than all at once trust you , this time next week they will be signing you up fa iron man
Just seen on the BBC website, that newsreader Sophie Raworth has done the Marathon Des Sables, 150 odd miles across the Sahara! Maybe next year @1973daisey
] Well done with the training Si , here are some top Bazza tips on completing a triathlon, when you are running use one of these For the cycling When I do the swimming part I always do back stroke, you don’t want water getting in your beer, oh hang on you drink carling so that won’t make any difference I hope all that helps
Balls to that my backs in bits as it is back to the chiropractor again today Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
You’re over training mate, rest days are just as important, good job we can keep an eye on you this weekend
As @Flakey said, plus you should be incorporating stretching exercises, perhaps try Pilates Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I know I'm biased but Chiropractic is not a good idea in this situation as many (not all) Chiropractors over treat and do dynamic stuff "to" your system for short term effects instead of "with" your system for long term change ... Pilates or Osteopathy much better
@1973daisey Forgot to give you some money atthe weekend (I wonder why? ) Anyway, that has been amended now - you put a lot of us to shame with your efforts (charity and camper work). If you need to practice open water swimming I believe Ragley Hall still do sessions http://www.greatswimlocal.org/swims/midlands/ragley-hall/ragley-hall-swim
Cheers mate Iv got done more from techenders I'll put on myself tomoz Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
