Minor issue guys my iPad has updated itself & will no longer open the app I was using, no drama me thinks & downloaded the updated app which turns out to be non compatible with the old app so I’ve lost all the previous doodles and doodles in progress! I do have all the completed doodles as images in my photo’s which are safe so no real drama they just cant be edited without major work as everything was stored as layers within the app! I had even done my van but had only saved it as a blank image without the colour & the version in the app had the awning out so I shall be re doodling this for myself but will also sort the ones I’ve got on the list... The new app layout is also different so I’ve now got to learn where all the functions are again!
That's a bit of a bummer. Maybe contact the people who developed the app. Maybe they know a way to get your previous stuff back. What app are you using?
After seeing what you've been doing.@Robo I looked at buying an apple pencil for my daughter this Christmas...as she'd love it..I've nearly bought a couple of seen on eBay thus week...good job I didn't as I've only noticed today that they only work with Pro versions of the iPad... She isn't getting one of these as well...
It’s called sketchbook by autodesk who are the people who do autocad that I have at work for doing my work drawings & they are renowned for doing this every few years so I really should have known Ah well, I’m slowly getting to grip with the new app & done a new doodle! Takes longer when you can’t find stuff & it has a silly slide for the pen thickness of which I use 2 but it’s a proper Leo to get it to stop on the required thickness, Here goes, can’t remember who’s this is tho Edit: should of read previous post, oh dear I may need assistance of the men in white coats very soon
Yes you do indeed need the pro, I’m very lucky that the fantastic Mrs Robo got me my new iPad for Xmas & the iPencil for my birthday 4 days later & yes I do know I’m spoilt
