Funny you saying that last bit, I was thinking the same, some evil Illegitimate child kills women and children in a terrorist attack and we fall out on here, exactly what these people want

@Dicky and @Lord Congi i think it would be best if you actually speak to each other so you can get where you are both coming from. Also, it then may not become personal. I don't think Congi is really a racist any more than I think Dicky is an apologist or a 'fairy' (not the best choice of words Congi imho)

It's been an awful event that has rightly caused strong emotional responses, but as ArtB said, let's not judge each other by what may be a misrepresentation of understanding. Xx

The big problem with Islam is it's not just a Religion, it's also a Political system.

That would make Christianity a politcal movement too - remember it used to fully rule over Europe for hundreds of years and still holds influence.

The problem lies in bigotory and greed.

Spot on. I know it's easier said than done but we need to carry on doing all those things that get up the nose of the extremists.... So that's basically just enjoying ourselves and loving life. Wear what we want, listen to the music we want, embrace the freedom to be gay, straight, both. Ensure our daughters get a good education, that's one they really hate with a vengeance. The security services, I'm sure they will do what they can with the resources they have, we need to carry on enjoying our freedoms in whatever form they take.

  18. Why do that, remain and have an input be part of a good forum but please also remember everyone is entitled to an opinion.

Christianity is very political in the US isn't it? The Christian right has a lot of political clout.
