Fitted a set to my ride today and had them (and clamps) sprayed to match the bumper colour. Look really well and decided to go without the impact strips for a 'smooth' look.
deisedakdak Hi Edd. Are you interested in fabricating a set of grp over riders with rubber bump stop holes , with brackets that has the profile cut out to enable me to use deluxe bumper trim? Regards Mike
Hi Mike. Without having a bumper with that set up at hand then probably not.All the 8 profiles are slightly different which is why i hand shape each one to the exact fit so the customer can just fit them.I can supply you with a full set with pre drilled holes for the brackets and impact strips if needed. With a profile gauge it would be fairly straight forward to do yourself. Give me a ring if you need to chat further buddy Cheers Edd. Something like this one would do the job spot on http://www.wilko.com/all-hand-tools/wilko-contour-gauge-5in/invt/0209036
I saw these in person at Techenders on both @The Bobdogs and @fugly76 's buses and they are top quality. I'm trying my best to resist buying the full set inc rubbers and fixings myself - how much are they again?
Hi spongebob, yea i can do a set of rears for you buddy. X2 overriders..£70 X2 stainless steel brackets with button head bolts...£20 X2 edging strips(protects the overrider and bumper)...£5 X1 ups delivery signed and tracked next day...£10 Total=105 delivered in primer. X2 rubber impact strips(if required)...£40 Total=£145. Cheers Edd.
Do you want them with or without impact strips as the impact strips are an additional £75 a set of 4 and Ed needs to know so as to drill the holes to fit correctly?
Thanks georgieandy...resistance is futile £195 for the set up of X4 like the ones on bobdogs and fugly76,s buses (delivered) £270 with the impact strips (delivered) Cheers Edd.
