  2. decided a colour change on the wheels was one the cards to tidy them up a bit, they where pitted and the alloy started to go funny, so i thought id have a go with some rattle cans with gloss appliance white and lacquer from halfords

  4. April 2017

Broke down on a little run out, pretty sure it is the Accuspark module at fault due to the symptoms felt before it conked out.
just waiting on a replacement to get it back on the road :)

Whilst the bus was off the road and i'm waiting for the postie I have

Installed some 14.4W warm white LED strip left over from a job in someones house in a nice flush profile on my new shelf unit thing I made :)
also hot glue gunned a couple of sections into the interior light housing and connected up to the existing terminals to replace the filament lamp :)

Managed to carry out a job with the bits I bought when I first got the bus 4 years ago.
The first JK order I put in for engine parts when rebuilding I also ordered a reverse light kit.
Fitted the gear box sender, tee'd into the existing copex conduit running from front to back, pushed in the 2 cables and connected up to each rear light.
Well chuffed, now people will realize I am reversing and stop saying, oi mayte yer reversing lights out blud....... as the yooof/yobs do these days.

  8. Last couple of days

Replaced the really dark tinted rear light lenses for some nice original style ones, now the reversing lights i fitted are actually usefull, and other drivers can see when i am indicating and stopping!

Replaced the lighting in my dash binicle as I was fed up of not being able to see anything in the dark!
14.4W LED strip left over from a job :)

    After

Replaced the 1/2 water hose for out sink and rerouted the waste to better suit the larger water bottle now used.
Went up to my work van for something, came back faffed about for 10 minutes then went to open the cupboard again and was greeted to this inside the cupboard!
He had pulled it shut and was waiting inside with a torch for 10 minutes to suprise me! Monkey!

Then tidied up and went off for a little solo leisurly drive around some of the costal roads, stopped off at Watergte to watch the sun go down :)
