None as it was on a retail park type road and we were not going fast. The difficulty to remember is when there are no other vehicles and you auto drive on the left! I shan't do it again (hopefully:) )

So caravanning is easy, pull up , wind the legs down and you've got an instant house. We won't use it all the time coz the van may be better for some things but for how much a decent second hand one costs it just gives us more options. Woke up in a full size bed and sat down for a nice breakfast not cramped and stressed, we then left our instant house there and drove four miles to Lincoln show ground and the missus did her stuff. Easy peasy

  11. A bit much for a one nighter though? Just van on its own would be more suited to one night wouldn't it?

First time we've used it, could've drove from home to be honest but fancied trying it out so no time like the present and had the dogs in tow, buses are ok on your own

  14. Is it true that if you buy a caravan these days, you get a signed photo of Nigel Farage to hang on the wall?

Drove round placed in France with full car parks. Ended up finally at @Tuesday wildchild maison. Had a lovely meal, that was cooked for us (take note @lost-en-france !), watched bit of heart throb Guy Martin on tv and now relaxing in comfy bed :)

  18. We held afternoon tea for 4 elderly ladies at our house. These are people who are on their own, lonely, with little contact with anyone else. They are picked up by drivers and we host them for a few hours. Sandwiches, cakes, tea and a natter (that's the bit that's most important). It was our first time today, would recommend it, they seemed to be happy with what we did, def gonna do it again soon.
