Anyone got a ladies bike they want to sell? Nothing flashy or uncomfortable, just for gentle flat rides along towpaths/disused rail lines type of stuff (so basically not extreme mountain bike stuff etc) let me know ta.

yeah the ribbed bit feeds through a slot which i guess is ridged inside you press a clip down and when you let go it stays
From Lyndon top entrance turn right down the hill and right again at the bottom ( Osprey centre ) nice ride along the shore about three miles past the Boat yard to the village and Pub, or turn left at entrance and other pubs about a mile, We go nearly every Sunday to Whitwell opposite side Rutland Water so my missus can do open water training, camping last weekend and one before and going Devon this Saturday or we would've been there
First time out if you push her too far she won't walk next day cos women always insist on riding with the saddle too low so they can get both feet on the ground when they stop and so strain the muscles just above the knee. Then she won't be able to sit down either cos her arse bones will be sore , enjoy
